  • Although you handle most problems well, there is nothing wrong with seeking out support when you need it. Having self-awareness is something to be proud of! It is important for all of us to have someone in our lives that is non-judgemental and can provide a non-biased perspective.

  • Therapy takes a commitment from both parties so out of respect for your time and mine, I require 48 hours advance notice for cancellations. A full fee will be charged for short notice cancellations and no-shows.

If you are a no-show to your initial appointment, there will be a $50 fee charged to your credit card and I will allow one reschedule opportunity.

  • Email me caroline@ctbtherapy.com or call me at (786) 475-5992, and I will ask you a few questions to see if we are a good fit. If we are I will give you my availability and schedule our first session. Within 24-48 hours of that, you will receive an email from me with instructions for our session as well as intake forms to complete.
